This is a call for participation in the "System Test Access Management" (STAM) Working Group (associated as the first part of 'SJTAG').

Following approval of the PAR for a "Standard for System Test Access Management (STAM) to Enable Use of Sub-System Test Capabilities at Higher Architectural Levels" the project has been assigned the designation "P2654" and we are now in the process of forming the Working Group.  Anyone interested in joining this effort, either as an active participant or simply as an observer is invited to either:

  • Indicate your interest using the Contact Us form on the SJTAG website,
    -or-
  • Add C/TT/STAM and C/TT/STAM/P2654 to your interests in IEEE myProject.  You will need an IEEE Web Account for this (an IEEE Web Account is free and does not require membership of the IEEE itself) – you can create an account by following this link and selecting the "Create account" button at the bottom of the box: http://www.ieee.org/go/create_web_account
Once you have an account, you can use this link to take you directly to the STAM interest selections: https://development.standards.ieee.org/my-site/all-projects?s=stam&f1=+Search+ (you may be taken via a login page if you are not actively signed in to myProject when you use the link).

It is anticipated that the group will meet weekly for one hour conference calls for the duration of the project, which is approved by IEEE-SA through December 2022.

An initial meeting for the new Working Group is planned for Monday, December 10, at 11 AM EST via WebEx. The meeting will be a maximum of one hour and will summarise the aims of the project, outline the first activities of the group and agree a schedule for future meetings (check the Meeting Schedule for meetings after this date).  Joining details will be provided to those expressing interest.
