From the Chair

We've found that our mailing system, which is used to send out these newsletters, has been having an intermittent problem which may have existed for a few months. As a result, some of you may not have received a few of the more recent issues of this mailing.

If you think you've missed any newsletters, you'll be pleased to know that all back issues are now available on the website.

2009 Survey

At long last, our 2009 user survey is taking shape. While it is still has some way to go before it is ready for release, we can at least see the light at the end of this particular tunnel!

We'll be looking for input from people in managerial roles as well as the front-line engineering community: Management opinion can have a strong influence on the adoption of any technology, so it's important that we capture that viewpoint too.

From last year's survey, we have a list of people who have already agreed to take part in this slightly more detailed investigation of attitudes to JTAG and potential applications for system level boundary scan. Once the questionnaire is released, you'll be able to find it on our website, but if you want to be added to the list of people who will get immediate notification by email then let us know though our Contact page.
